Speed Trap -- Next player loses a turn
Parking Ticket -- Next player draws 2, cannot meld or discard
Hazzard County Clout -- Played in response to last 2 cards, reverses effects onto the original player. No effect if simply discarded.
Hogg Wild -- Next player draws four, cannot meld or discard.
None of these special cards can be picked up from the discard pile except a Hazzard County Clout that has been discarded. Scoring is the same as rummy, with a 50 point bonus for going out. First player to 500 wins.
